Smoking is a problem itself. There’re so many reason why people smoke. For example, stress is a cause some people smoke as a means of escaping from their stress. Peer pressure is a cause of smoking although you might not want to smoke you might be pressured by friends to smoke because you are around them. Finally, Addiction is a cause of smoking people continue to smoke because they’ve been doing it for so long and it’s a habit and their bodies are so accustomed to the nicotine. Now we know smoking is a problem the causes are stress, pressure, and addiction is the cause. Smoking is a problem and when people smoke it helps them relief stress. But some people don’t realize that smoking can be causes as stress. Many people believe that smoking is a great way to calm the body and the mind, but some don’t realize that it can be nicotine is a mood-altering drug, and therefor some people don’t know that. Well stress can be a caused by anything from major life event to daily that add up over time. Even happy events, like holidays with family or a pregnancy, can be stressful.
